Front End

The Front End is where AI becomes visible to users and customers. It includes customer-facing applications, interfaces, and experiences.

AI at this layer improves personalisation, responsiveness, and service quality. Success depends on human-centred design and trust, not just technical performance.

Back End

The Back End is the operational foundation. It includes core systems, data infrastructure, and internal processes where AI improves efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
